Are you struggling to lose weight and don’t know what to do next? Maybe you’ve lost weight in the past but found that it always seems to creep back on and you’re back where you started? You will have me ‘by your side’ every step of the way as I help you create a lifestyle that supports your weight loss goals. Working together we will:
- Create the perfect diet that is satisfying and delicious and works for YOU
- Build enjoyable movement into your day
- Improve your relationship with food and with yourself
- Put together a toolkit of strategies and skills so that you can deal with obstacles and challenges such as cravings with ease
We will speak on a weekly basis – either by phone or Skype – for 45 minutes and you’ll also be able to contact me in between our sessions via email for those times when you have a question, need a little motivation, or want that extra accountability when nobody else is around.
Before we start working together I will ask you to complete a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire so that during our first session we can get straight into setting some goals and planning manageable changes to start you on your weight loss journey.
Each subsequent week we will explore what is working and what you might be struggling with. We’ll discuss topics such as changing habits, mindset, overcoming obstacles and each week you will have an achievable plan of action to take you closer to your goal.
Throughout our time working together you will feel motivated, focused and supported and by our final session you will have the confidence, knowledge and skills to continue to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off forever.
