How lack of sleep can cause you to gain weight -

How many hours of good quality sleep to you get every night?

Many people consider 8 hours sleep a luxury, but sleep is so incredibly important to our wellbeing and if I could only give you one piece of advise to improve your health, it would be to always get a good nights sleep.

But how do our sleeping habits impact our weight?  In this video I talk about how, when we're tired, we make less than ideal food choices because we're too tired to cook or we need that quick energy 'hit'.  Plus I talk about how lack of sleep affects our hormones which will make weight loss even harder - especially when we're in our 40's and 50's.
