Hello and welcome! I'm Sharon and through my work as a coach I want to inform, encourage and inspire women who are fed up of dieting and want to discover a healthy and sustainable way to lose weight.
I've worked in the health and fitness industry for 15 years now, teaching Pilates, Personal Training, Sports Massage Therapist and, more recently, coaching women to help them lose weight.
I love to cook and experiment with new ingredients and recipes and I'll happily spend hours in my kitchen chopping, dicing and slicing. Sometimes my experiments are a disaster but when they're not I'll share them here with you.
